• Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Inpatient

Infectious Inpatient

• Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday/Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Visitation Rules
Visits by owners are limited to a maximum of 1 hour to ensure optimal care for the patients.

MEDIVET Groovy Vetcare Clinic provides a pet taxi service. To book the service, please confirm with our reception team at least one day before your appointment via WhatsApp at +62 811 9721 109. Free pick-up and delivery is available Monday–Friday, 14.00–17.00, within a maximum distance of 5 km appointment.

MEDIVET Groovy Vetcare Clinic provides isolation rooms for patients with infectious diseases. The isolation room is located in another building, separated from the main building, to minimize the risk of disease transmission among patients. Yes, MEDIVET Groovy Vetcare Clinic provides After-Hours Urgent Consultation available Monday–Thursday from 20.00 to 09.00. For urgent cases outside regular clinic hours, please contact +62 811 8882 490 (outside regular hours only).
