Visiting Hours

Building and Parking Location

Inpatient (Main Building): Ruko Galeri Niaga No. 9F-G, Jl. H. Nawi Raya, Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak, Jakarta, 12420.

Infectious Inpatient: Ruko Galeri Niaga No. 9K, Jl. H. Syaip, Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak, Jakarta, 12420. (Located within the same area as the main building)

For owners of patients admitted to the Infectious Inpatient Building, please park directly in front of the location. If parking is full, please turn around and park at the Main Building, but we apologize for the inconvenience of having to walk to the location.

Confirmation of Visit

Please contact the attending doctor via WhatsApp at Vet: +62811-8882-490 before your visit. By informing us of your visit in advance, our nursing team can adequately prepare the patient and ensure a smooth meeting.

Visiting Procedure

Inpatient (Main Building):

1. Upon arrival at the Main Building, please report to the receptionist.
2. Wait briefly until the receptionist calls you.
3. Exchange your identification card with our visitor card.
4. Show your visitor card to the elevator attendant to be directed to the floor where the patient is being treated.
5. After the visit is complete, please return the visitor card and retrieve your identification card.

Infectious Inpatient:

1. Upon arrival at the Infectious Inpatient Building, open the front door and enter the waiting area.
2. Use the available bell in the waiting area to communicate with our staff.
3. Follow further instructions from our staff.
